اشترى، سَمْحًا إذا اقتضى

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Nisa. Please read our return policy carefully:

Inspection Upon Delivery:

Check your order ( Size, fitting, material & design ) before paying to the courier.

You have every right to return the item ON SPOT and paying the delievery fees only.

Acceptance Confirmation:

Once the order is accepted and the delivery representative leaves, returns or exchanges will not be accepted

Faulty Item:

If the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery, please inform us immediately during inspection
